Gabrielle Freeman was a student in the Apex Arts program at Broadneck High School as a 2nd violin and section leader (Now an animation student at MICA). Along with her passion for music and composition, she prioritizes 2D animation and character designing for her future. Previously, she was a part of a world-building team, a group that works together to create a product, whether it be an animation, game, novel, etc…, based on a story pitch. She spent most of her time collaborating, brainstorming and composing in her role as the ¨music department¨ for their graphic novel called Dreamscape. She had also performed in a slam poetry group where she was writing a piece called Eyes Of The Internet with her team where they would research the many issues with young people online. During her time as an intern at the Classic Theatre of Maryland, she had got to experience what it was like to be a part of a production team, with professionals in the film and theatre industry, as an assistant in a fast paced environment. As a leader at the Church of Severn Run, she is inspiring newer generations to be loving and caring to those around them. Her experiences at this church was a demonstration of her leadership and ability to work with people of all ages.
